Refund and Returns Policy

Products are sold as seen, all defects will be listed and can be seen clearly on the pictures. So please make sure to read the description. If it non functional there will be a message on there making you aware that the product isnt functioning as intended.

With some older vintage items its hard to test for their functionality so if there is no message to say it is completely functional then we cant guarantee that it is. If you would like to ask more questions previous to purchase about an item please send us a message on info.jdoggaming.com.

The only time we offer refunds if the product you received is not as described, for instance if we say working order and it isnt or if we describe a black controller but you receive a red one.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Request A Product

There is no guarantee that we will find the product, although we do work hard at finding niche and unique products. Sometimes it just isnt possible or not within the budget you have set us.

Once found there is a 17.5% charge of the price of your item for the finding fee.

For example if your product cost £100, once we find it you will have to pay £117.5

For products over a certain amount we will also require a deposit.

The deposit is refundable if the item is not found by us and can only be made via PayPal for an easy return and extra safety.
